The entrepreneur or the acts performed before the creation of the company

Israeli Company Law, enacted in 1999, is a modern law. It allows the company to validate acts performed by the entrepreneur, before the setting up of the company (raise of funds, beginning of the commercial activity, first contracts with suppliers and clients..). Nevertheless, in some instances, the entrepreneur may be held responsible for such acts.
