Negotiating

The market of new apartments is a buyers' market. Take advantage of this situation.

The contractor is generally in need of funds. If the contemplated apartment's price fits you budget, try to obtain bonuses in kind. It is easier for the contractor to offer you kitchen furniture than to give you a discount. In any case, check out with competitors building in the same neighborhood. If you received better offers from competition, tell it to your contractor.

Before you start negotiating, check out the offers advertised by the contractor. They are the starting point of your negotiation.
